IPack kraft paper rebranded as MM Polar

MM Kwidzyn, part of MM Board & Paper, has unveiled a new identity for its IPack kraft paper range as the line is officially rebranded as MM Polar.

The move marks a significant step toward uniting the company’s packaging kraft paper portfolio under the MM brand umbrella, reinforcing a clearer product structure for customers.

Under the new name, MM Polar will cover the entire former product line, including the IPack strong pro grade, which will be renamed as MM Polar Strong. 

Markus Nöcker, vice president sales PKP and UFP for MM Kwidzyn mill, said: ‘By introducing the MM Polar brand we are bringing our renowned IPack lines into the wider MM family. This rebranding should bring greater clarity and easier product selection for our customers and provide a solid foundation as we continue expanding our kraft paper range.  

‘Crucially, although the name is changing, everything our customers know and expect from IPack products will stay the same. MM Polar remains the well established kraft paper that we have always produced, with complete continuity of performance. Creating this umbrella brand will enable us to enhance our development flexibility and better respond to changing industry needs as we continue to strengthen MM Kwidzyn’s position in the packaging kraft paper market.’

MM Polar is a machine finished kraft paper material designed for reliable, more sustainable performance. Strong, smooth and versatile, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including paper bags, food packaging, packaging for dry goods, retail packaging, and flow pack solutions. It is certified by Isega and PZH and is compliant with relevant food contact standards, making it a safe and reliable material for the food industry.
