Josero moving under Soyang banner to unify operations

Soyang Europe has announced it is to bring the Josero business under its banner as part of a strategy to unify its operations and strengthen its overall market presence.

Soyang Europe acquired specialist wide format equipment dealer Josero in May 2022. It has since continued to operate under the Josero name in the 18 months since acquisition.

From January 1, 2024, the company will be renamed as Soyang Hardware Ltd. The name change will also be accompanied by the rollout of a new logo.

As Soyang Europe Group managing director Mark Mashiter explained: ‘We kept the Josero brand for the past 18 months to help ensure customers of both Soyang Europe and Josero suffered the least amount of disruption after the acquisition. Following a smooth transitional period during which both businesses thrived, we have decided to make the move to ensure continued success as a single combined entity.’

The current hardware offerings will remain unchanged, and customers will continue to experience the same service from a team of knowledgeable and experienced staff.

The unified hardware side of the business will continue to offer leading print production technologies from major brands.
