Kyocera Document Solutions UK has been renamed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6361 framework. The RM6361 Framework enables public sector buyers to access a wide range of multifunctional devices, software and services, delivered either through direct supply or managed service agreements.
Kyocera has been named on Lots 2 and 3 covering its full catalogue of MFDs, including print room equipment, print management software and consumables, cloud hosting and digital workflow solutions, plus maintenance and support services to help organisations manage their own fleets, a well as managed service delivery of MFDs and associated solutions, with flexible cost per page options and print management tools to help organisations monitor printing behaviour, reduce print volumes or rationalise their estate.
The reappointment underlines Kyocera’s commitment to the UK public sector having been present on the CCS framework since March 2017.

Steve Doust, group sales director at Kyocera Document Solutions UK, commented: ‘The new CCS RM6361 framework is significant for Kyocera. It allows us to expand our support beyond the reliable, innovative and sustainable print and document solutions for which we are known in the public sector.
‘We are already helping organisations streamline working practises and shift to cloud enabled workflows. For example, our cloud hosting solutions and cloud native print management software will help public sector bodies manage their print infrastructure and document workflows more effectively with transparency.
‘The Kyocera team looks forward to helping our customers improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive digital transformation across the public sector.’
