Mark Andy launches SmartPress programme, delivering application ready press configurations in eight weeks

Mark Andy has announced the SmartPress programme, bringing 80 years of engineering expertise into a set of application ready press configurations that cut delivery time in half, from 16 weeks to eight.

Available on the Pro Series, E5, and P7 platforms, SmartPress helps converters start capturing revenue earlier with configurations optimised for labels, film and label, or shrink and label, with optional packages to match specific production needs.

The SmartPress programme organises press configurations by application, enabling converters to choose a purpose built starting point aligned to their production goals. SmartPress configurations include label, film, and shrink, offered across Mark Andy’s Performance Series and Evolution Series platforms, with a SmartPress Label configuration also available on the Pro Series.

To ensure flexibility, the SmartPress programme also includes a menu of optional packages that can be added based on application needs including hot air drying, UV curing, sheeting and conveying, cold foil, extended run features, and quick changeover packages.
