Wide Format Solutions Print Solutions
Moss has revved up the new F1 Exhibition in London with its high quality print solutions that match the speed and dynamism of Formula 1 itself. The collaboration has helped transform Immerse LDN, London’s newest entertainment district, into a dynamic visual experience, capturing the excitement and energy of the iconic racing sport.
The F1 Exhibition marks the third European pitstop for the touring event, following installations in Madrid and Vienna. The exhibition also has a North American tour, with a successful show concluding in Toronto, Canada earlier this year. With the need to transform Immerse LDN into a visual spectacle, delivery partner and exhibition builder True Staging, recommended that Moss produce and install over 430 individual print and graphical elements across six rooms.
The extensive project required precision and meticulous planning to ensure that each visual element aligned with The F1 Exhibition’s exceptional design standards. Moss’s high quality print included silicon edged graphic (SEG) fabrics, Foamex boards, neon films and intricately detailed kiss cut vinyls, all seamlessly integrated with the displays to create the immersive experience.
The work was carried out in multiple phases. Artwork was received by Moss in late July and the SEG fabrics were quickly printed and despatched to site for the initial wall coverings, using the existing custom aluminium frame system. Once in place, the Foamex boards and vinyl elements were installed by the team throughout early August, adding the intricate detailing required across the exhibition.
Carlos Cabrera, creative producer at The F1 Exhibition, commented on the collaboration: ‘It has been great to work with the team at Moss. The superb print quality and management made the installation in London a seamless process, and we are extremely pleased with the results.’
The project has gone so well that Moss is already earmarked to support The F1 Exhibition’s graphic requirements when its international journey continues.
Matt Phipps, group account director, said: ‘We love to work on projects that grab the attention of the public from the very start. Having our graphics and displays as an integral part of this innovative experiential event is just amazing!’
The F1 Exhibition is open now at Immerse LDN, until 2 March 2025.
