Mutoh to showcase its range at FESPA

At Fespa Amsterdam, Mutoh will be showcasing its direct to object printer range in A3+, A2+ and A1+ size as well as the XpertJet Pro series sign and display printer range.

The new XpertJet 1462UF A1+ format printer is a six colour LED-UV flatbed printer (C,M,Y,K, white, varnish) with mobile gantry which has a 1420 x 700 mm table and can print on objects up to 150 mm thick. The printing table incorporates a four zone vacuum bed, supporting media of up to 50 kg/m² and allowing great flexibility in media selection and the assembly of customised templates.

Perfectly suited to the popular 70 x 100 cm screen printing format, the XPJ-1462UF will dramatically increase the productivity of two way multi-layer printing for a multitude of applications, including 2.5D direct to object printing, industrial, packaging, awards and value added rigid displays, including ADA compliant Braille.

The 1462UF completes the XpertJet 461UF (A3+) and 661UF (A2+) models from Mutoh. In addition to a larger print table, the XpertJet 1462UF is equipped with two offset printheads and two new four inch UV lamps to increase productivity. The printer is controlled by our VerteLith RIP software, which includes relief printing presets and a library of structures with 100 different texture patterns.

The company will also show the XpertJet SR Pro sign and display printers, the XpertJet 1641SR Pro and the XpertJet 1682SR Pro 64” wide models.

Engineered and manufactured in Japan, both models bring together the very best proprietary technologies for drop accuracy and therefore print quality.
