Sylvamo has unveiled Berga, the new name and branding for its existing printing and converting paper portfolio, setting a benchmark for uncoated, woodfree products. With a focus on superior quality, consistency, and colour reproduction, Berga is engineered to deliver exceptional printing and converting results while meeting the highest environmental standards.

The range is offered in reel and sheet formats.

Manufactured in Europe, the papers ensure great colour reproduction through bespoke ICC profile and reliable performance, enabling printers and converters to achieve optimal results in every application.

The Berga brand introduces a clear and unified naming structure designed to better reflect the needs of modern printing and converting applications. With simplified, application driven product names, the updated range makes it easier for customers to identify, specify, and select the right solution. These changes bring greater alignment across the producing mills, creating a more cohesive portfolio under the brand umbrella and enhancing overall product clarity and consistency.

With two strategically located mills – Nymölla in southern Sweden and Saillat in central France – the papers can be delivered efficiently from the site closest to each customer. This geographic advantage allows for faster, more reliable service across Europe while reducing transport distances and environmental impact.
