Nicolas Buchta takes on role of CCO at Faller Packaging

Faller Packaging consistently aligns its sales organisation towards strategic customer partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. As chief commercial officer, Nicolas Buchta is responsible for sales, marketing, packaging development and customer service.

In this role, Nicolas works to ensure that all customer relevant departments are closely integrated. The aim for him and his team is to develop integrated solutions tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and designed to support customers throughout the entire value chain. In doing so, Faller Packaging is underlining its commitment to being a reliable partner to the industry.

As an industrial engineer, Nicolas has over 12 years’ international experience in sales and service. Before joining Faller Packaging, he held various senior positions in the industry. Within the company, he was previously responsible for supply chain management and customer service.

‘We don’t see ourselves merely as a supplier, but as a strategic partner. Strong customer relationships and reliable delivery are main priorities for us,’ he said. ‘Our aim is to be the number one when it comes to pharmaceutical secondary packaging in Europe.’
