Huddersfield based print and direct mail company, Propack, is marking its 30th anniversary with growth, a strategic leadership restructure, and a renewed focus on delivering modern, solution led services to clients across the UK.

The milestone follows an exceptional start to 2026, with the business on track to achieve a projected turnover of £11.6 million, up 28% on the previous year. January 2026 alone marked the highest monthly turnover in the company’s history.

This performance follows a recent leadership restructure designed to position the business for long term growth. Jason Clough, owner and managing director, has stepped into the role of CEO to focus on long term strategy and growth.

Emily Peacock has been promoted to commercial director, after holding various roles in the business across client services, implementation and project management, having joined Propack in 2017 as an account manager. Molly Turner steps into the role of sales director, leading new business strategy. Following roles in account management and new business development since she joined in 2019.

The company has also strengthened its workforce, increasing headcount to 57 employees (up from 52 in 2025), alongside hiring apprentices and investing in specialist roles within its data and technology team. Operationally, the business now runs a 24 hour production cycle, improving efficiency and turnaround times.

Since December 2025, Propack has secured a significant number of new clients, including brands such as Blacker Hall Farm, Car Finance 24-7 and Eden Valley Hospice.

These wins build on long standing relationships with organisations including TUI, Moonpig, Centrepoint and Travis Perkins, as well as partnerships with suppliers such as Xerox and AD3 Envelopes that span almost two decades.

Speaking of the anniversary, Jason Clough said: ‘Reaching 30 years in business is a huge milestone, but what is most exciting is where we are today. The changes we have made to our structure, our people and our approach have created a stronger, more agile business that is built for the future.

‘We are seeing that reflected in our growth, in the clients we are working with, and in the opportunities ahead. Propack today is more than a mailing house, we are a modern, solution led partner helping our clients to adapt and succeed in an ever changing landscape.’

The company marked its anniversary with a celebratory event in Halifax, attended by over 200 staff, clients and suppliers, featuring informal awards recognising long standing relationships and team contributions.

The event also included a fundraiser for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, a charity Propack has supported since 2010. Through its ‘99er Club’ initiative, the business has contributed approximately £15,000 to the charity over the years, as well as providing additional in-kind support.
