Pureprint Group has appointed Andy Lydiatt as director of strategic growth.

This newly created, senior group level role reflects the company’s ambition to accelerate growth across all areas of the business. It forms part of the company’s broader strategy to unify its people, manufacturing, technology, marketing services, and creative teams into one integrated, future ready offer.

As the group continues to diversify, the focus remains on helping clients navigate change through smart, sustainable, and ethically delivered UK based solutions. Serving sectors from retail and publishing to finance and the public sector, the company is evolving to meet shifting customer needs – without compromising on quality, service, or impact.

With its 100 year anniversary on the horizon in 2026, Pureprint is investing in talent, technology, and innovation to stay ahead and continue delivering meaningful results for its clients.

In his new role, Andy will lead strategic planning and execution, working closely with teams across the group to identify new market opportunities, respond to evolving customer needs, and harness the latest innovations. His focus is future facing and will help shape the next phase of Pureprint’s success.

Andy brings deep experience in leading print businesses through digital transformation and growth during periods of significant industry change.

He began his career at Communisis during its shift to digital print, before joining ProCo as technical services director, where he helped scale the on-demand and technology led offering. Most recently, he was group sales and customer experience director at Precision ProCo, shaping strategy, innovation, and key customer relationships.

Throughout his career, Andy’s strength has been making complex things simple – for customers, teams, and the wider business. His approach aligns perfectly with Pureprint’s mission to deliver smart, scalable, customer first solutions.

Andy said, ‘I am genuinely excited to be joining a business like Pureprint – rich in heritage, ambitious in its thinking, and focused on the future. There is a real opportunity here to bring brilliant people and capabilities together, simplify how we work, and help deliver even more value for clients.’

CEO Mark Handford said, ‘Andy’s appointment is a key move as we step into the next phase of Pureprint’s evolution. We are investing in top talent to help shape a more connected, agile group – one that is equipped to keep growing, keep innovating, and keep delivering for our clients in a changing world.’
