Roland DG has announced the launch of the TrueVis AG-640, a next generation 64 inch latex printer/cutter that expands what is possible with latex printing. Combining low running costs, high output quality, expanded colours, dense white ink, and integrated contour cutting, the AG-640 helps print professionals move beyond traditional latex limits to take on more profitable work with confidence.

The AG-640 uses newly developed TA-2 water based latex inks and the latest piezo printheads to deliver high precision dot control and consistent, high definition output across a wide range of media.

In addition to standard CMYK, the inclusion of orange and red inks significantly expands the colour gamut, enabling vibrant, accurate colour reproduction and striking visual impact. High density white ink further extends creative possibilities, supporting graphics and applications on transparent, coloured, and specialty materials.

The integrated optimiser ensures stable ink placement and improved adhesion, particularly on commonly used sign media such as PVC, delivering reliable, high quality results every time.
