Soyang promotes Damien Martin to the role of wide format manager for UK and Ireland

Soyang Europe has promoted Damien Martin to the position of wide format manager for the UK and Ireland.

In his new role, Damien assumes responsibility for the sales of Soyang’s 1.6 metre wide printing equipment portfolio, which includes Mimaki printers and cutters, Graphtec cutting plotters and the VeloBlade range of die cutting systems from Vivid Laminating Technologies.

Damien will work closely with print companies across the UK and Ireland, helping them to identify the most effective technology for their businesses. A key part of his role will include overseeing machinery showcases at the company’s new demonstration facility in Altham.

Damien takes on his new management position at Soyang having joined the company in April 2024 as sales manager. On his promotion, Damien said: ‘I am very grateful for the opportunity. The wide format portfolio within our hardware department continues to go from strength to strength, and I am looking forward to working closely with our partners and supporting customers across a broad range of markets.’
