Swanline Group and BoxMart acquired by Zeus Packaging

Zeus Packaging has confirmed the acquisition of Swanline Group and its sister company, BoxMart.

This development represents a huge opportunity for all three parties, with each company providing complementary services to a wealth of markets, enabling growth and the sharing of best practice across the board.

Swanline CEO Nick Kirby said, ‘We are very much looking forward to joining together with Zeus as it, as a company, holds such similar values to us. Zeus Packaging was established in 1998 and is one of the largest packaging companies in Ireland and the UK. The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of packaging products and sundries to a host of industries, retailers and household brands.
