Ulma Packaging UK strengthens nationwide service team with two new technicians

Ulma Packaging UK has strengthened its service capability with the appointment of two experienced service technicians, supporting the company's continued growth across the UK and Ireland.
Tommy Ennis joins as service technician for Ireland, becoming the company’s first dedicated service engineer based in the country, while Maricel Parasca has joined the UK service team, supporting customers across Oxfordshire and the surrounding regions.
The appointments form part of Ulma's continued investment in its aftersales operation, ensuring customers benefit from responsive technical support, preventative maintenance expertise and maximum equipment uptime across a broad range of packaging applications.

Tommy brings a mechanical engineering background and experience across the semiconductor and pharmaceutical sectors. As the company’s first dedicated service technician in Ireland, he will support the growing customer base while helping further develop the market.
Commenting on his appointment, Tommy said: ‘Being the first service technician for Ulma in Ireland is a fantastic opportunity. It gives me the chance to develop my own skills while helping grow the company’s presence in Ireland. Everyone in the business has been incredibly supportive, and I am looking forward to building strong relationships with customers across the country.’
Maricel has more than a decade of experience supporting packaging machinery across the UK, having previously worked in industrial automation and project management. Since joining the business, he has been working alongside experienced engineers to further develop his expertise across Ulma's extensive packaging machinery portfolio.
He said, ‘Ulma has an excellent reputation within the packaging industry, and what has impressed me most is the level of teamwork across the service department. With such a wide range of machinery, everyone is willing to share their knowledge and support each other, which ultimately benefits our customers.’
