Perfect ending for Blue Whale Expo 2019 Shanghai press conference

On June 14, Label & Flexible Packaging & Film Expo China (Blue Whale Expo 2019) held a successful press conference the in Shanghai as a warm up event for the upcoming show this July. The event attracted many supporting partners, such as trade associations, professional media, exhibitors, and research institutes.

Zhou Jianbao, chairman of the Flexographic Printing Branch of the China Printing Technology Association, delivered an opening speech as a special guest of the conference.

The acquaintance between Chairman Zhou and Blue Whale dates back to 2017. From the Suzhou Flexo Printing Forum in 2017 to the upcoming cooperation in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in 2019, the China Printing Technology Association Flexo Printing Branch has been supporting Blue Whale Expo as its staunch partner.

After analysing the status quo of China’s label and flexible packaging industry, Cathy Song, project director at Shanghai Lanjing Exhibition Company, the organiser of Blue Whale Expo, introduced trends in the label and flexible packaging market.

This was followed by Jerry Lee, general manager at Shanghai Lanjing Exhibition Company, as the spokesman of Blue Whale Expo 2019, who elaborated on the highlights and the latest development of the exhibition. On July 10 to 12, 2019, Blue Whale Expo will be launched at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Blue Whale Expo 2019 will be co-located with the Aluminium Industry Exhibition. Blue Whale Expo will be in hall W5, whilst the Aluminium Industry Exhibition will be in A1-W5, providing more opportunities to attend cross channel and concurrent forums.

There will be four exhibition areas – CSMA, Printing & Culture Innovation, Excellent Printing Enterprises, and the VIP Buyer Exchange.

Also taking place will be the China Self-adhesive Material Conference and Label Industry Award Ceremony on the evening of July 9.
