XJet Ltd has announced the appointment of Andy Middleton as business director for Central Europe, a new role within the company. The announcement comes in a wave of growth for XJet as the business ramps up its infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on its global sales network.
According to Andy, his interest in the new role lies in the innovation Xthe company demonstrates: ‘The core technologies behind XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting AM are phenomenal, resulting in groundbreaking material and part properties. This is what it is all about for customers, essential for high performance ceramics and metal, so I am excited by the journey XJet is taking.’
With nearly 30 years in executive positions in the print and additive manufacturing industries, Andy has a record for building sustainable business growth. Reinforced by his most recent role as executive vice president at Stratasys, managing the company’s business in Europe, he also brings a wealth of go to market experience to the role.
‘Having worked with Andy previously at Objet and seeing his stellar work at Stratasys, we are excited to have him on the team,’ said Dror Danai, chief business officer.
