Bobst UK and Ireland appoints new head of customer care

Bobst has reinforced its focus on customer satisfaction with the appointment of Helen Reaney-Jerome as the new head of customer care for the UK and Ireland.

In the role, Helen will be responsible for leading a strategic review of customer care operations and processes to ensure continued excellence at the company. She will liaise with customers on a daily basis and oversee the running of the customer care team.


Helen’s appointment follows the retirements of Alan Letford, the former head of customer care and Veronique Mureau, spare parts manager, earlier this year. Since joining the company, Helen has been invited to be part of the Bobst UK and Ireland strategic management team to ensure customer care continues to be a core focus in business development planning and decision making.

Helen’s experience in customer service is invaluable as we continue to support existing customers and make inroads into the label and flexible packaging markets in the UK. We are looking forward to seeing Helen making her mark on the business and supporting colleagues deliver a superb standard of care.’

She joins Bobst from advanced technology company, Meggit, where she was customer response centre manager. Prior to that, she had worked at GKN Aerospace for almost 15 years in roles including commercial team leader, customer service manager and senior programme manager.

Helen said, ‘After a very short time, I already feel like part of the Bobst team. I am looking forward to getting to know our customers, understanding their challenges better and ensuring the customer experience is always at the forefront of everything we do at Bobst.’
