Formara Print and Marketing has announced a significant investment in a new Canon imagePress V1350, strengthening its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer focused service. The move replaces the company’s long serving C10000 press.

The upgrade delivers a substantial productivity boost, increasing the average monthly print volume for the replaced press from 450,000 pages on the C10000 to 1.2 million pages with the V1350.
Combined with its other digital presses, this investment now enables Formara to achieve an overall digital print capacity of approximately 4.53 million impressions per month across two shifts – a figure that does not include the company’s litho production capacity.
Â
The new V1350 brings superior colour consistency, advanced media handling, and faster speeds. The investment strengthens Formara’s service delivery across key sectors including education, finance, market research, and public services.

‘Upgrading our digital production equipment represents an important step forward in meeting the evolving needs of our customers. The new Canon C1350 delivers exceptional output and build quality – qualities we have come to expect from Canon’s technology. Our customers’ demands and expectations are always the driving force behind any investment decision, and this latest upgrade is designed squarely with them in mind,’ said managing director Andy Pond.
Â
‘Replacing our long serving C10000 with the latest V1350 model reinforces Formara’s commitment to both our customers and our long standing partnership. After exploring the wider market, it was clear that Canon continues to offer the best fit for our business. With all devices in our digital department now operating with Canon’s Prisma RIP workflow, the choice was both practical and strategic. Our relationship with Canon has consistently supported our investment in advanced software and hardware solutions. This latest upgrade marks the continuation of that successful partnership.’
