How do you build strong brand relationships in an increasingly complex e-commerce landscape? That is the topic for the first in a series of digital events where Iggesund Paperboard gathers industry experts and brand owners to explore the latest culture and technology trends.
Starting on January 20, 2021, Iggesund Paperboard launches Unbox, a new series of digital events designed to explore the challenges and opportunities brands face today and in the future.
The first Unbox focuses on changes in consumer behaviour and how brands can create engaging experiences through digital channels. And how this puts new demands for purposeful packaging solutions.
‘This is a topic that has become even more relevant during the Covid-19 pandemic, as more and more people move their purchasing online,’ said Jennie Majgren, director marketing and brand management at Iggesund Paperboard. ‘Our first Unbox event explores how brands can engage with their consumers in this digital world. We will discuss the challenges brands face when consumers can no longer physically interact with products in the store, and the opportunities that comes with digital channels when creating meaningful brand experiences.’
Iggesund has invited three inspiring speakers to the first event:
Alexis Robillard, CEO, and founder of vegan makeup brand All Tigers. Coming from leading positions in marketing for beauty giants like L’Oréal, Interparfums, and Dior, Alexis Robillard started his own independent brand All Tigers in 2017. It is now selling makeup products made from natural and vegan ingredients through e-commerce worldwide and in stores all over Europe.
Moon-Suck Song, CEO, and co-founder of e-commerce agency Panagora. Moon-Suck Song has worked with e-commerce for almost 20 years and has vast experience from launching successful online retail concepts for fashion and beauty brands. He is frequently invited to events and webinars sharing his insights and expertise on e-commerce and digital strategy for brands.
Markus Wulff, director digital innovation at brand development agency Grow. Markus Wulff has worked with several global brands and sees potential for brands to gain a competitive advantage through connected packaging. He recommends making the package an enabler or bridge between the physical product and a service offering.
‘To continuously learn and evolve together with our customers and partners is key for us at Iggesund. With Unbox we look forward to having meaningful discussions and sharing insights about the global trends affecting us all as consumers and brand owners,’ said Johan Nellbeck, CEO at Iggesund Paperboard.
