This version 2.6 update delivers breakthrough automation capabilities that reduce manual intervention and improve production accuracy:

  • Automated Station Group Management: New intelligent station configuration with groups that automatically set personalised default views based on group membership, streamlining operator workflows and reducing set up time.

  • Enterprise Report Scheduling: Powerful new scheduling engine enables automated delivery of critical production metrics and performance reports, ensuring stakeholders receive timely insights without manual intervention.

  • Smart Piece Level Reprint Automation: Revolutionary capability that enables automated reprocessing of specific pieces within a job, with the system automatically generating tracked child reprint jobs with full reason code documentation for quality control and audit compliance.

The release includes architectural enhancements designed for enterprise deployments:

  • Advanced JDF Controller Integration: Enhanced JDF 1.1.23 library with expanded DigitalPrintingParams support.

  • Flexible Authentication Options: Enhanced identity provider support with configurable redirect ports.

  • Intelligent File Processing: Smart duplicate detection with configurable bypass options for automated workflows.

‘These updates represent a significant leap forward in production automation and visibility,’ said Mary Ann Rowan, chief experience office, Solimar Systems. ‘By focusing on intelligent automation and scheduled reporting, we are enabling print facilities to operate with unprecedented efficiency while maintaining complete oversight of their operations.’

The enhancements are particularly significant for high volume production environments where automation, piece level management, and comprehensive reporting are critical to operational success. Organisations using Solitrack have reported production output increases of up to 200% and a 75% reduction in customer project turnaround time through workflow automation and improved visibility.

The update is available immediately to existing customers and can be seamlessly integrated with current Solimar Chemistry platform deployments. The platform maintains its open architecture design, ensuring compatibility with existing production hardware and software environments.
