Paragon completes acquisition of DG3’s UK operations

Paragon Group has further strengthened its capabilities in the transactional and commercial print spheres with the acquisition of DG3’s UK operations.

DG3 is a single source, end to end communication solutions provider, specialising in delivering regulatory compliance, marketing, and business applications for clients across the financial services sector. DG3’s managing director Gary Wilson will continue in his post and the business will trade as usual, forming part of Paragon Customer Communications’ (PCC) UK, Ireland and Luxembourg operations.
