Ultimate TechnoGraphics has launched a new initiative: The Ultimate TechnoGraphics User Group for all end users of Ultimate Impostrip and Ultimate Bindery.

The goal of the group is to provide a platform where the company can discuss and share information and knowledge with customers to help them maximise the investment in the software, as well as share and brainstorm with the Ultimate Team on production challenges and solutions.

The group also allows customers to communicate directly with the team, and share, network, collaborate and discuss topics with other users around the world. 

The Ultimate TechnoGraphics User Group is a good place to gain insights on product and company news, industry trends and information, automation and integration, best practices, tips and tricks, future wishes, how to’s and more.

‘The user group is about sharing knowledge and insights,’ said Andrew Bailes-Collins, head of product management at Ultimate TechnoGraphics. ‘We want to keep the focus on the use of the software and customer needs, not on sales and marketing.’
