Needham Group expands customer services

Keen to further reinforce its commitment to service delivery during a period of significant growth, Shropshire based The Needham Group, which comprises Needham Inks Limited, Needham Coding Limited, Needham Coding Ireland limited and Needham Coding Distribution Limited, has appointed Carla Steppens as customer services assistant.

Carla will be responsible for maintaining communications with both existing and potential customers, generating leads for the field sales team, managing the company’s database, market research and pre and post sales support.
