ArtSystems goes interactive with new Virtual Demo Suite

ArtSystems has announced the launch of its new Virtual Demo Suite, allowing customers to experience in-depth product demonstrations from the comfort of their own offices.

The Virtual Demo Suite makes it even easier for customers to gain an insight into the wide array of high quality products and services available from ArtSystems. Hosted from its existing demonstration facility in Nottingham, the new suite has been equipped with a full audio visual (AV) system, allowing for interaction with specialist staff during live demonstrations. There are also pre-recorded virtual demos, available on-demand, via the site.

Booking a session in the virtual demo suite removes the need for customers to have to travel to physical demonstrations and instead allows them to view expert demos remotely. For those customers that want to see the equipment in action first hand, they can still book in for a live demo at ArtSystems.

According to Andrew Edwards, applications division manager: ‘In these post pandemic times, we understand that people are not always comfortable travelling to different destinations to access print solutions. Time constraints can also be an issue. We have listened to our resellers and customers and are bringing the demonstrations to them, virtually.

‘We look forward to welcoming visitors to our new online suite.’
